Mamoni Gharami – Visionary & Strategic Leader (MBA, Masters in Finance – University of Sydney, Australia)

With over a decade of leadership experience in various corporates, Miss Mamoni has worn many hats. Her professional journey has honed her strengths in business strategy, decision-making, and risk assessment, all of which now fuel the foundation of our playschool’s operational excellence and long-term vision.

Her global academic exposure in Australia sparked a deep awareness of the differences and potential gaps in early education between India and abroad. With a drive to make impactful change, she envisioned a playschool model that blends global best practices with the warmth and rootedness of Indian values — making quality early education accessible, joyful, and deeply meaningful.

Mousumi Gharami – Educationist & Storyteller (Masters in English Literature – Calcutta University, B.Ed)

With over a decade of experience as an education expert, writer, and content developer, Mrs Mousumi brings the soul to our school’s learning environment. Her journey includes roles as an educationalist, writer, and content creator — all requiring creativity, empathy, and communication at the core. Her academic grounding in literature and formal teacher training (B.Ed) enable her to connect deeply with the learning needs of young minds.

She has led teams and mentored educators with an inclusive and compassionate approach. She believes that stories shape minds and that every child deserves to be seen, heard, and nurtured — not just taught. Her vision is to build classrooms where creativity, emotional wellbeing, and curiosity co-exist every day.
