Mamoni Gharami – Visionary & Strategic Leader (MBA, Masters in Finance – University of Sydney, Australia)
With 10+ years of leadership roles across multiple corporate institutions, Ms. Mamoni has taken on diverse responsibilities. She has honed her skills in leadership, strategic thinking, and sound decision-making. These strengths have encouraged her to open a future-focused Preschool in India. Prior to this, she has worked with various renowned financial companies.
Her global academic exposure during her Masters in Australia has made her aware of the shortcomings and potential gaps in early education in India. With a drive to make impactful change, she envisioned a Preschool model that blends global best practices with the warmth and rootedness of Indian values. She believes in making high-quality early education accessible, joyful, and deeply meaningful.
Mousumi Gharami – Educationist & Storyteller (Masters in English Literature – Calcutta University, B.Ed)
With vast experience in Education and Content Development, Ms. Mousumi aims to bring depth to the Preschool’s learning environment. Her creativity and strong communication drive her to work as a storyteller and curriculum designer.
Her Master Degree in English Literature and formal teacher training (B.Ed) have helped her understand the young learners’ needs. Ms. Mousumi has guided fellow educators with an inclusive mindset. She believes that stories have the power to shape young minds. Her vision is to create classrooms that nurture imaginative abilities and emotional wellbeing.
